Privacy Policy

How Kiva Analytics collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Kiva Analytics respects your privacy and treats the information you share with us responsibly. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, enquiry forms and client services.

Information we collect

When you complete a form or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, telephone number and information about the services you need. We collect the information you provide to help us understand and respond to your enquiry.

How we use your information

We use this information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange consultations.
  • Understand your requirements and prepare proposals.
  • Deliver services you have requested.
  • Communicate with you about your enquiry or our work together.
  • Meet applicable legal and administrative obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Where consent is required for marketing, we will ask for it separately.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information or confidential company data to advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.

We may share information with trusted service providers who support our website, communications, secure storage and service delivery. Their access is limited to what is needed for those purposes and is subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

Company data and confidentiality

We treat company information shared during an engagement as confidential. This includes financial records, operational data, customer information, internal reports and business plans.

Before accessing confidential company data, we sign a confidentiality agreement or include binding confidentiality provisions in our service agreement. Where required, we also enter into a data processing agreement covering personal information handled on a client’s behalf.

We use client data only for the agreed services and authorised purposes. Access is limited to people who need it to perform the work. We do not publish confidential client data or use it in marketing, demonstrations or case studies without prior written permission.

Protecting and retaining information

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No online system can guarantee complete security.

We retain information only for as long as needed to respond to enquiries, provide agreed services and meet legal obligations. Client project data is returned or deleted according to the relevant agreement, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Where information is processed outside your country, we apply the safeguards required by applicable data protection laws.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information. You may also have rights to restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority.

You can ask us to stop sending marketing communications at any time. We respond to privacy requests within the applicable legal deadlines.
